LipsBaby began with an idea manifested by a creative mastermind with big dreams. Hi, my name is Isabelle! I started my journey in Permanent Makeup in Los Angeles in 2021, and opened my first Cosmetic Tattoo studio in West Chester, PA. I am now located in Cedars, PA. I am a two-time business owner & love to create and continuously learn. I specialize in natural-looking Lip blush and Powder Brows and I've traveled internationally to do hands-on training with some of the leading artist in the PMU industry. I now have a passion for training and empowering other women to set big goals for themselves.
